OUR MISSION

Uphold the health rights of children in Massachusetts

Mission: Who We Are

WHO WE ARE

We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization run by a team of parent volunteers.

Children’s Health Rights of Massachusetts was formed in August of 2021 to stand up for kids' and parental rights in the face of unlawful mandates. Our first objective is to fight these illegal and cruel mandates issued by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and many school districts in the state. We are alarmed by the assault against children’s and parents’ rights and are taking legal action to protect children.

Members of our non-profit include teachers, school committee members, police officers, firefighters, frontline healthcare workers, health and safety professionals, mothers, fathers, uncles, aunts, grandparents, veterans, business owners, and many other heroes from all walks of life.

FIGHT VACCINE MANDATES
