We've Appealed the Ruling - UPDATE

Updated: Jan 18, 2022

We've consulted with a number experienced attorneys around the state who all agree on one thing, Judge Hodge of the Hampden County Superior Court got it wrong.

There are absolute restrictions on the authority of what a local school district and the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education can control and enforce. Implementing and mandating broad health measures, like forcing children to wear medical devices (masks) and/or forcing children to get vaccinated, does not fall under their power.

The mask mandate not only falls out of their authority, it also violates the Constitutional rights of parents to direct the care and upbringing of their children.

As a result, we moved forward with filing our appeal. View our petition and memo of law.

We appreciate all of the support we have received. Thousands of people from across the state and country have come together to support this effort. We thank you, our children thank you!
